1.The 4 poles connection sequence of OMTP Standard Jack earphone is : Left Channel, Right Channel, Mic, Earth Wire
2.The 4 poles connection sequence of CTIA Standard Jack earphone is: Left Channel, Right Channel, Earth Wire, Mic
So please double check the standard of your earphone/headphone is OMTP Standard Jack or CTIA Standard Jack before purchase this adapter. Of course, if your earphone with no Mic function, then no worries, it will suit well.
